The double pulse welding machine has five welding ways, pulse MIG, MAG, MMA, TIG and CAC-A. Pulsed MIG welding can realize the welding of carbon steel and stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys etc non-ferrous metals welding. MIG welding mode can achieve of carbon steel argon-rich and CO2 gas shielded welding.
Welding Mode:- Pulse MIG: has the function of single pulse and double pulse switching. It is suitable for welding of carbon steel and stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys and other nonferrous metals
- DC MIG: Constant voltage output welding, suitable for carbon steel rich argon, CO2 gas shielded arc welding;
- MMA:φ2.5~φ5.0 Manual welding rod welding;
- TIG:Manual argon arc welding with arc striking;
- CAC-A:Carbon arc gouging function,Suitable≤φ6 Carbon stick.
MIG-500PC double pulsed MIG/flux cored welder with built-in water cooler :Main Features:
1.The extraordinary design of aluminum welding program solves difficult to fuse of welding aluminum when arc start and welding defect when arc end.
